UNDP: The intersection of Digital Public Infrastructure with Climate and Nature

As a Research Consultant with UNDP’s Digital for Planet team, I support global efforts to explore how digital public infrastructure (DPI) can accelerate nature and climate action. I co-authored the recently published Nature ID report, which outlines how integrated digital systems—linking administrative, environmental, and Indigenous data—can help countries protect ecosystems, improve environmental governance, and unlock nature-positive finance. My work focuses on connecting digital transformation with environmental sustainability and inclusive policy innovation.

As a Research Fellow at the Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL), I’m leading a project on how design systems can strengthen Digital Government. The research explores how shared design frameworks—like GOV.UK or Brazil’s gov.br—can improve user experience, accessibility, and institutional coordination in public service delivery. Through desk research and interviews with global experts, I’m examining how governments build, sustain, and scale design systems, and how these systems connect to broader policy goals such as inclusion, digital maturity, and service quality.

UCL IIPP: DPI Map and assisting Digital Government module

At University College London’s Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), I’m part of the research team behind the DPI Map, a global project tracking how countries are deploying and governing Digital Public Infrastructure. I led research on data exchange systems around the world, exploring how they support interoperability, data protection, and service delivery. I also work as a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant (PGTA), supporting teaching on digital government and helping connect theory with practice in the classroom.
